Plenty Goods Cafe

Stop in for the hearty salads we’re known for, along with soups, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, snacks, and desserts — all available on demand.

Our cafe also features a full-service espresso and coffee bar with comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to meet a friend, get some work done, or stop in for lunch.

Inspired by our Personal Chef program, our cafe menu brings the same fresh, homemade food to anyone who wants it — no subscription or pre-order required.


Weekly Memberships

Prefer to set it and forget it? Our weekly memberships make it easy to keep fresh, homemade meals stocked in your fridge.

Members enjoy access to our regular menu of soups and salads, plus an exclusive member-only menu featuring warm plates, pastas, and other rotating chef specials.

Choose a plan of 4–10 meals per week, your dietary preference, and pickup or delivery. Each Monday, our membership team sends the upcoming menu so you can make your selections for the following week.

When you sign up, please allow 24 hours for your first menu to be sent.

Minimum 2-week commitment. After that, you may pause or cancel anytime by emailing info@plentygoods.com.


Personal Chef

Plenty Goods Personal Chefs (formerly LYF Personal Chefs), led by Chef Sarah Russo, provides health-centered meal preparation customized to each client’s dietary needs, preferences, and wellness goals.

Our team works closely with clients to create nutritious, thoughtfully prepared meal plans that fit their lifestyle. We often collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and trainers to ensure food plays a supportive role in each client’s overall health journey.
